Later, when we had issues with online check-in, we came back but Susan wasn’t there, Cheryl Lassiter was just as patient and helpful, She spent two hours assisting us with the entire online check-in process, so we can enjoy our trip without any worries, We’re truly grateful for their help!

Hello! I was working with Susan Smith from Expedia Cruises on a request to cruise to the Carribean. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go on that cruise due to an unexpected issue on my end. During the whole process of planning the cruise, Susan was EXTREMELY pleasant, professional, understanding and most of all patient. We cannot thank Wayland and Lori enough for the better than excellent service that we received from them during the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. Their professionalism was outstanding and their advice for what to do and what not to do was extremely helpful. This made our first Disney Cruise a thoroughly enjoyable experience that we are sure we will repeat in the future. If you are thinking of having a cruise you could not do better than go to them.
