Dr. Sheehan has been an incredible support for our family. She treats us with such kindness and understanding, and has shown remarkable compassion and patience in working with our 15-year-old son, who has severe autism and complex needs. She’s collaborative, accommodating, and truly listens—not just to us as parents, but also to our son in ways that respect his unique challenges and strengths. Her care has already made a significant difference in our journey, and we’re so grateful to have her on our team. She has also responded quickly to questions I have had on the patient portal. Highly recommend!

Supposed to be professional, but are actually condescending, don't respond to portal questions unless it's beneficial to them, to make an appointment or pay a bill perhaps, but not to answer questions. That would mean no money being made right? Useless...and just because you have a degree does not make you better than anyone else, no matter how badly you want to believe that. However, I do see a pattern in the population who are leaving positive reviews, that tells me the employees here are partial to a certain demographic.. which is no surprise given the area that this office is located, but don't be fooled; what goes around comes around.

Performed malpractice by prescribing medications i’m not supposed to take because im bipolar so they made me worse.. Didn’t listen to anything i had to say. Didn’t inform me of the side effects of the medications, just gave me a prescription and sent me away. You’ll be hearing from my lawyer within due time

Office is lovely and well decorated, but if you are looking to medicate your child without addressing underlying issues… this is the place for you. No talking involved to help understand emotions and feelings, only trying to medicate my child was the first and only option by the Dr. Maybe I’m misunderstanding how I assumed a psychiatrist should help diagnose, treat and help prevent mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. Dr. Carson doesn’t help assess to gain relief from symptoms, maintain or help try to enhance daily functioning and overall wellbeing and health of the child to improve the quality of life. Appointments feels rushed as well. The office staff isn’t very welcoming to our kind. Medication is and tool and should be used in some or most cases as a short term treatment option for patients of course, but after a year I wanted my doctor to help my child better understand how to cope and deal with issues she maybe experiencing from a professional who specializes in her area of need. This isn’t the office for that! Seems like office only to manage medication. Nothing more.

Doctors Carson, Sheeran, and Griffin are fantastic and bring a wealth of experience to the table. They are all very knowledgeable and provide comprehensive approaches for identifying and resolving the concerns of their patients. Highly recommended!
