Eubank-Blanchard Community Center

The EB Center dresses up nicely! It is a beautiful, yet intimate setting for any gathering. There is plenty of parking, easy to find, big prep kitchen, and perfect for a sweet 16 party. Sadly, the facility was not clean when we arrived. We had to clean bathrooms, empty trash, and mop sticky floors throughout. This was very difficult without adequate cleaning supplies. Similarly, the one dumpster outside was completely full and over flowing when we arrived. It was also awkward not to have any tools or supplies in the kitchen - not one! Not even a can opener - so grateful for the fire station next door... They let us borrow their can opener. It was also strange that such a big stove only had one rack in the oven. That said... It is a nice place, but having traveled 30+ minutes to get here and no stores for miles, it sure would have been better if someone had inspected and cleaned the venue between events and some basics were provided: dish soap, towels, cleaning soap/supplies, can opener, pot holders, extra oven racks.

We hold our family reunion here every year and the venue is perfect. Located right near a playground, volley ball court, and walking track, it gives the kids room to play and the outdoor pavilion is great. Inside is always well kept and clean.

Swings, slides, and climbing equipment are available for children which has a pavillion with picnic tables for shade and fans for the heat, and a sand volleyball court surrounded by a concrete track. There are hard building restrooms on site, and it is flanked by a soccer/football/baseball field on one side and by a fire department on the other. There is an available parking lot here.

Large open place with plenty of tables and chairs. Great AC in the summer. Full commercial kitchen and huge ice machine. Covered outdoor area with picnic tables and ceiling fans. Right next to a large park with playground equipment, walking track, basketball court and a full baseball field!

Very good place for a picnic, flying kites, or running the path, instead of dangerously running the side of the road where all of the logging semis fly by. I'm a trail runner, so I'm not a fan of running paths, but the terrain there was varied, so I could run up and down mounds and around the perimeter at the woods line. I enjoyed my time there.
