Never called. Never rang the doorbell. Just left my package in the middle of the road. When I called they told me that my drive way had a “hill” and they couldn’t deliver. My driveway does not have a hill. My side yard does. THE WORST company.

I just had a "75 inch TV delivered to me by Kevin Hammonds. Please let me take a moment to tell you what an amazing man you have working for you. Above and beyond doesn't come close to describing what he did. Kevin is conscientious and cares very much about everyone around him. Safety is his first concern. He doesn't take shortcuts or make risky decisions just to make something easier for himself. Kevin is a professional who protects his customers and the company he works for. He is thoughtful and resourceful. He is also strong as an ox. You would be searching for a long time to find another person who has the qualities and integrity that Kevin exhibits. You better pay him well because he's worth every dollar your company spends on him. He reminds me of the older generation when people took pride in their occupation. Give Kevin a big fat bonus for Christmas and a raise because I know whatever you are paying him isn't enough. Thank you, Kevin

I scheduled a delivery of over $1500 worth of merchandise. The lady with Esties, took my phone number and stated it would be between 12-4, that the driver would call first and it would be closer to 4:00. I arrived home at 12:10 and this is how I found the delivery. I called and spoke with a manager named Alex. He blamed the driver not calling, on the company I ordered it from. He stated they took my number down incorrectly. When I told him the scheduler stated it would be closer to 4:00, he basically called me a liar stating he hears her make appointments and she never says that to anyone. We have had so many deliveries by large trucks, never had any problems. The driver told the company he couldn’t get down the driveway. Alex never apologized. He just kept stating they only do curbside delivery. HORRIBLE service.
