Not a soul spoke. They all looked at me and kept doing nothing. There was only about 3 other patrons in the store besides myself. I looked at shoes. Tried on a pair from the clearance rack, cause no one addressed me or offered to assist. As I walked away from putting the shoes back on the rack, a male employee walked by me, looked at me and didn’t speak, he went to the back. So as I was waking out a young lady hollers “have a good day”. I’m heading over to Fleet Feet, customer service there is always 100000%. (Check your cameras for today at about 2:54pm, I’m a black female, wearing all black). Please understand that this is not my first time or experience like this here. But I try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt. But today I am fed up! I purchase shoes for either myself, husband or daughters every 45 days because we stand a lot for our jobs. We don’t ask about price just want comfortable shoes. But this is my last time spending my money here!
