Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am a frequent customer and this is my preferred Enterprise location. I ALWAYS receive great service at the Grovetown location. I usually deal with Caria when I come into the office and she is AMAZING!! She is very courteous, professional, and efficient. The other staff members are pleasant as well, and make you feel valued as a customer. The transactions are quick and easy, with no long waits. The vehicles are always clean when received. I've had to stop in and have air put in the tires and windshield wiper fluid, and Mike took care of it both times, quickly, and he is always so pleasant!! I would definitely recommend this location.

The one star reviews are spot on. My wife rented a car from here. Notified them 6 hrs before arriving of what she needed and what time she would be there. There was no car at the lot. The guy who helped her acted like he was inconvenienced by doing his job, came up with all these excuses. He had to leave the lot to go pick up a car close to what she requested. When he left he drove off in a car with an expired tag and tried to guilt shame her by saying “I hope I don’t get pulled over with and expired tag”, like it’s her fault. He gets back, paperwork done and she goes on her way. I asked her how it was and she said it had a small shimmy in the front end. Well Today(the next day), she stopped at a parking lot to inspect the front tires to see if she could see anything and they are BALD!! They gave us an unsafe car for us to drive, and by us I mean me, my wife and kids. This group is completely incompetent and should not be trusted at all. How many bad reviews is this location going to get before Enterprise steps in and does something!!

Our van from another location broke down at 4am on 06/27. We were sent to this location that same morning as soon as they opened where we were promised they would have a replacement vehicle for our trip. We showed up and were told that they did not. The man we spoke with told us he would have a vehicle for us by 12:00pm and would call us. 3:30pm rolled around and we still had no phone call. I called to see if there was a vehicle and was told that it would be ready at 4:15pm. There was a secret 1 hr hold that we were not informed of and our vehicle was given away. These people pretend to be helpful but just say the right thing to get you to go away. Do not recommend.

If we could give them a zero, we would. My husband is on a "do not rent" list because the told him that he owes 521.00. We've taken our bank statement to them, and showed them that it was their mistake. With doing all that, we are STILL on the"do not rent list". We have been dealing with this everyday, with no change. And to make it worse, now the Grovetown store won't even take our calls!!!!!!!! What a shame. If this review can shine a light on their behavior, then maybe it will be worth it. As of now, we wouldn't get a vehicle from them if it were free!!!!!!!!!!

The team at Enterprise gave excellent service. I expect to rent from this location every time I need to rent a car. I rented during Master’s week when they were particularly busy-Pressure! The manager, Herb and a wonderful young lady took care great care of every person that I saw come into the business. Even when the customer wasn’t the most pleasant. Thanks for your service and professionalism.
