I liked having an appointment to pick up & drop off my rental! No waiting! The service manager, David Lu, was outstanding, attentive, & made sure I knew how to use all the bells & whistles in this vehicle before I drove away! I actually told him why I was renting such a big vehicle & he remembered when I turned it in & asked how it went. I was very happy with my rental & it was so easy to drive! Ford Expedition MAX Limited! Will rent again from Evans, GA’s Enterprise & from David Lu!!

Called to ask about switching out rental car due to one I'm currently renting is overpriced even with insurance. So far, the person who picked up my car at this location has best customer service. Other locations are trash. They don't want to help you and quick to hang up the phone call. But the guy I talked to was able to look me up on the system and see if they got anything available and also gave me suggestion to call at Bobby Jones location since they have bigger stock of cars.

It was wonderful, my husband l reserved a Tahoe at the other enterprise on Washington Road, but when l got there they didn’t have it. My husband called the Evans enterprise and they had a Ford F 150 truck for me that they put new tires on and they made sure all my fluids levels were topped off and the vehicle was clean and they talked me through my paper work, so l understood everything!!!!!

The Enterprise Rental on Washington Road at Cushman Paint and Body has the best manager and staff I have encountered. The manager and staff have excellent leadership and customer service skills and they care about their customers. The manager and employees are so professional and friendly.
