Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Be wary of this place. I didn't end up renting from here because they showed me 2 cars available for my reservation and both were dirty and scratched up. One looked like it barely had any air in the tires. They said they could get them cleaned but why weren't they cleaned for the time I reserved it? Never had a bad experience like this at a rental place. No upgrades offered or other cars in my category available. Service wasn't good either, they seemed understaffed and unpresentable.

I definitely feel like utilizing a phone is important. So whenever I have a reservation through my car insurance because I was in a car accident, I arrive at the place of business just to be told that I’ll have to wait until the next day, whenever I’m inconveniencing someone to bring me up there, it’s a little frustrating. Especially whenever I called and called and I could have just been told that over the phone.

The representative, M'Kayla greeted me with warmth and M'Kayla is very professional. I personally request that M'Kayla be recognized for her outstanding knowledge and professionalism. From the moment I arrived until I completed my transaction, I was given a complete attention for my transaction. Thank you so much.
