Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place is always prepared for what you need. Although you have to book online it's worth the wait. Their cars are always clean and well detailed. The customer service is always spot on. They will even pick you up or drop you off at a body shop if needed only if staffing is available. Which they usually are pretty well staffed for a small branch. Everybody seems to know their job and about the cars, which leaves no room for confusion. I always rent from Enterprise even when I was in the military. Now that I'm out I still use them and they're everywhere. They also sell cars there. Jessica was very thorough in her job with detailing my car and she gave me a ride to where I needed to go. Cars are like new and up-to-date. I will definitely rent from them in the future. Please note there is no customer parking.

My experience was incredible! I was having my truck repaired and Donovan made sure I was good to go with my rental. His customer service was awesome. He greeted me upon my arrival, and got me checked in quickly. It's been a while since I've met a young man with that level of respect. He even tried to help me trouble shoot my issue with my truck repair. When I returned my vehicle Jack helped me with that process and he did an awesome job also. He had a very friendly demeanor, and last but not least Jessica ended my experience by going the extra mile for me. Her kindness saved me from having to walk back to the dealership. Great team at Aiken Enterprise. I will definitely be back for any more of my rental needs! Thank you Donovan, Jack, and Jessica for a job well done!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again. I have rented six times this year for work travels

Well, you try try again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Thinking maybe they're having a bad day. Trired to second time, still bad customer service. Now a third time, Enterprise made a reservation but local location says there is no car. Although it was set up by their company 4 days ago. Wow! So the answer from the lady on the phone, "we (the customer) are now supposed to call around and find another car from another Enterprise." I would not recommend this Enterprise. Maybe they like corporate accounts and not individual accounts I don't know. Been there with my wife. Another time with my oldest daughter. No recently with my middle daughter. Same unhelpful attitude. Enterprise you can do better than this!

Easy to reserve, pickup and even change drop off location. The staff was not only very nice but efficient and easy to deal with. I was worried about changing the airport we were returning to and it was easy and no cost, much appreciated!
