Clay Brewer did an incredible job on my Camry! I worked with him through Classic Collision Grovetown where my car was being painted. They spoke very highly of Clay’s work, and when I asked to speak with him, he immediately talked to me and was straightforward, which I respect. Clay told me what his professional opinion actually was: either you can have the car now but it won’t look great or give me until Monday and the car will look great. I told Clay to keep my car till Monday and I trusted him. His work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him and will be working with Clay moving forward because he’s professional in his approach, straightforward in his communication, and caring in the way he invests his heart. I’m so grateful!

I’ve waited over a year to leave this review and hopefully no one does the same mistake I did. I took in my pathfinder for a full ceramic coating which took them two days to complete. Before choosing elevate, I did my research on where to go or so I thought. I chose Elevate over others because they use the ceramic coating brand “Ceramic Pro” and was even advertised on there website. After picking up my car after two days, I noticed that there were still swirl marks on the hood after they advertised two step correction. They applied no ceramic coating on the roof of the car and on the side mirrors. After doing research, the ceramic pro website did not have Elevate as an authorized dealer which was odd because they advertised on there website and even had banners of ceramic pro at their actual office location. I eventually ended up reaching out to the company directly at ceramic pro and they told me that Elevate use to be a dealer but it never worked with them so they ended up not continuing. At this point it had me wondering what was even applied on my car especially since I paid almost $900 for this service. After back and forth with the owner Clay he told me that ceramic pro was used on my car but to be honest it could be a lie. Ultimately, this lead into an investigation directly with ceramic pro where Clay was given samples but never really was an elite dealer after that trial period. As of now, I think it has some type of ceramic coating or a good wax job. I don’t drive the vehicle as much and it’s in the garage for the most part. I have noticed that water does still bead but it doesn’t slide off as good as it use to. I honestly recommend people to do their research and wouldn’t recommend this location. They will say that they can prove the vehicle is ceramic coated by pouring water but after reading comments, that’s what they tell everyone. I did end up getting a refund from clay but it’s probably from all the back and forth and email traffic I was providing...

We decided to get the Elevated Armor Package for our 2004 Honda Accord EX. Clay and his team got our vehicle looking like it came fresh off the assembly line inside and outside. I' definitely recommend Elevate Auto Lab for your car detailing needs.

I had used a scratch remover kit on my Ram truck, and it left a white hue on my whole right side. I was worried, but I brought it right to these guys and they buffed it right on out. They were nice, and professional. You don’t meet many good people. I would definitely recommend them. I’m going to be using them for some other work on my truck!

Clay and his team at Elevate Auto Lab did a great job when fully detailing, putting the Ceramic Coating on the outside, and Coating/UV protection on the inside of my new 2024 Subaru Outback! Their customer service was outstanding, everyone there is very friendly and willing to help you, and Clay and his team was great to work with when trying to schedule a time to get my car in to complete this service. My car looks great, and I am very happy with the overall experience in the end! Highly recommended and thank you so much for the 10% military discount as well!
