Elements Massage Evans

Me and my fiance had a massage appointment this past Tuesday at 11:45 AM .. We walked in around 11:50 — just 5 minutes late. I had already completed my new member registration form ahead of time, but my fiancée had to fill hers out, which took a few minutes. By the time we actually got into the massage room, it was 12:00. What frustrated me was that despite noting my focus areas in the registration form, the therapist asked me the same questions again, wasting even more time. The massage was supposed to be a full hour, but we were done by 12:45. I don’t think arriving 5 minutes late should have cost me 15 minutes of my service, especially when part of the delay wasn’t even on us. As for the massage itself, it was labeled a “full body” massage, but it felt like a 45-minute back massage with a bit of leg work — that’s it. No arms, no feet, no neck, no real attention to other areas you’d typically expect in a full-body session. Overall, the experience felt rushed, not well-managed, and pretty mediocre. Definitely didn’t get the value or relaxation I was hoping for.

The front receptionists are both great Ashley and the young lady that helped me day of were amazing! They made the check in and membership sign up experience super easy. I had such a great massage that I became a member! The massage experience itself was fantastic. There is building going on next door but it's no one's fault and nothing can be done. It didn't take away from my experience at all. I really appreciate the great customer service and I'm looking forward to coming in every month! Thank you Elements Massage!

Clean. Friendly. Affordable. Great atmosphere. Wonderful massages & masseuses. No complaints at all. They take cash and card; tips are suggested via percentage but never forced. You’ll be inclined to tip due to the great service you receive. Carlos was my masseuse- very respectful, knowledgeable & I felt a 1000 times lighter after a 90 minute session with him. Will definitely return

Brandi was exceptional. She was warm, professional, and provided an outstanding massage. The service was so impressive that I chose to extend the session. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I was greeted promptly upon entry. The massage was great. The massage therapist, Jaceson, asked the right questions and focused on my problem areas. I will definitely return next month.
