They have been our go-to for the last 3 yrs. Every time we call, Derrick is quick to respond and come out himself or send someone from his team to help us. 10/10 customer service and they are reasonably priced. Good people and I recommend them to everyone I can!

Derrick replaced our heating and air last September right before Helene hit. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable and advised us of our options. When he removed our unit he showed us the inside condition of the unit and it was bad. So glad we replaced our 24 year old system when we did. This heat we are experiencing now would have finished it off. Also, our power bills have dropped. This system keeps the house very comfortable with a consistent even temperature.

Called Efficient Heating and Air Conditioning this morning when I noticed my heat pump was not cooling properly. They responded within 4 hours. They quickly diagnosed low Freon as the issue. Even though the heat pump is 16 years old, there was was discussion, but no pressure to replace the unit. So far the Freon addition seems to have solved the problem. If we continue to have problems, I will be calling Efficient Heating and Air to replace the unit.

I wish I could give him more stars than five. My AC went out earlier in the day, it became so unbearable that I had to reach out to someone for some assistance. By chance I happened to call the right company. I literally called at 10:46pm, and he was at my house by 11:15pm. He found what the issue was in less than 10 minutes of him being here. He was super informative and visually showed me exactly what the problem was. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend! I have a small child as well so I'm very appreciative.

They were able to see us the same day we called and we were very thankful for their services since our AC went out during a heatwave. Very friendly and very ~efficient~!!
