Edit: Change from 1 star to 4. The store manager was extremely helpful and sent my clubs to a local specialist and was able buff out and fix all the mistakes that were made. I really appreciate the customer service he gave me and appreciate him making this situation right. Had a near brand new set of Apex ai200 irons, an Apex driving iron, and 2 vokey sm10 wedges that I dropped off to get new ferrules put on. Just a cosmetic upgrade. Every single club has damage from scratches to dried glue EVERYWHERE. To top it off they told me 3 of my iron shafts were now bent. How do 3 of my shafts randomly end up bent? Just google bending shafts when replacing ferrules and it’s the obvious outcome. They did not own up to that mistake, they just said our guy is 84 years old so maybe he didn’t see some things…what?? They did not charge me for the $10 per club for the work but after getting home and seeing allll the damage I will be going back to see if they will make it right. This is absolutely unacceptable. You can tell the clubs were not treated with care and the work was done without any regard to quality. Ruined about $2000 worth of brand new clubs.

What a great place to discover. I'm a beginner and wanted to buy my first irons, so I was asking the usual rookie questions and Dustin said, "Why not just hit a few clubs" To make a long story short I did not come in to buy or certainly not to have a fitting, but after trying several brands and some shafts we found the ones that worked best for me, with senior flex and a tweak to the lie. Basically a fitting for free and I walked out with a set of Mizunos. (well, actually they're on order but should be here within a week). Everybody is friendly and helpful and the selection of clubs and accessories/clothing is very good. I highly recommend Edwin Watts.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my Junior golfer to get fitted for irons and I was impressed. The Employee was very helpful and made every effort to ensure we got the correct fitting and irons. We got the Srixon ZXi5 set and my Kid loves hitting them. The young Assistant Manager is also a real professional. He greeted and thank all the customers entering and leaving the store. I highly recommend this location for all your golfing needs. 👍

Took some irons in to get reshafted and everything was fine until about a week later I noticed my 5 iron was barely on the shaft. Took it back to get re glued and said it would take no time he’d call later that day. Never got a call, about 3 days later I call and have to ask to see if it’s ready and after going looking around they said it was. I go to pickup and they charged me $20? I ask about it at the counter explained my situation and he goes “that has nothing to do with us I just put your number in our system” although I have been a customer for well over 5 years with my father. Blown away an can say I won’t be back😁

UPDATE: In less than 24 hours the store manager called me. Keith was apologetic for how everything happened and said he wanted to make it right. Ended up replacing my 8 iron with an 8 iron with the same shaft and grip that I have. Keith went above and beyond to make it right and can’t thank him enough. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If no stars was an option, it would be 0 out of 5. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought new irons about 4 months ago. Only to get home and have the wrong clubs. Got them switched out, no big deal just waste of my time to and from. Fast forward to now. 8 iron snaps, so I go in to get it fixed and get new grips on all my clubs. The gentleman in the club repair area was nice said it would be done by 3 o’clock. Told him I would just pick them up tomorrow. My wife went to run errands and said she would just pick them up for me. When she got home noticed that the 8 iron had a different shaft looked closer and it was a S when the rest of my clubs are R. Called the store and the guy on the phone kept calling me good buddy which pissed me off in itself. Went back and checked the ticket got back on the phone and said that it was wrote down to replace as stiff. I let him know I was never asked stiff or regular the day before. I was also never made aware that they only carried 105 S300 or R300. It is what it is, lesson learned going forward for me. Will never shop at this location again.
