Edible Arrangements

Ordered an arrangement for my Mothers birthday. First they were fast. The closest location was Augusta Ga and my mom is in Aiken. They were there within 1.5 hrs. Unfortunately my mom was having phone issues that we were unaware of and no one could get in touch with her to schedule the delivery. We were contacted by both the driver and the establishment. They were so polite and accommodating throughout everything and were willing to redeliver the next day! Very impressed with the level of customer service. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them again in the future!!

Received gift of fruit for Mother's Day. The strawberries are not ripe...the honeydew melon is mushy and not edible and the cantaloupe is not ripe. The only edible fruit was the pineapple. Big waste of money. Broad Street store.

Spent almost $200 ordering for my grandmother in honor of my deceased grandfather’s birthday. Withered small blueberries that no one wants to eat and white, hard, bitter pineapple! I ordered from the location in Aiken, SC and Columbia, SC several times with no problem. This is unacceptable. All they want me to do is come in the store when I told them I live over 30 mins away and I work 12 hours 6 days a week! If I could come in the store I wouldn’t have ordered delivery! Never again!

I ordered for a friend at the hospital on a Sunday afternoon, and they were helpful over the phone and able to deliver fruit and flowers quickly!
