Edgefield Post-Acute

Very nice and clean building. The staffing was very nice and polite. The meals looked very good and my friend stated how she liked the food. My friend was allowed to bring I. Personal items which makes her very happy and relaxed. Keep providing valuable services to the clients.

The staff was very attentive for admission. Facility entry is warm and welcoming, however the clients rooms are dated but clean and functional.

This place is absolutely terrible! My friend has been in there for about a year. Sometimes she doesn’t get her breakfast and/or lunch. Or they’ll put it on her tray table but she’s partially paralyzed and they don’t push the table close enough for her to reach it. She has to practically beg to get her diaper changed. If they had given her physical therapy I believe she would have been out of there already. But they won’t. I made her a quilt and nobody knows where it is. She had food stored in the kitchen and when she asked for it, it was gone. I know the staff is underpaid and overworked, but don’t just take a job because it pays. You need to really care about your patients and want to help improve their situations.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The individual we visited was pleased with the care he has received.

Went there for the first time to see your dear friend. I will be back to see her enjoyed my visit. Everyone was nice.
