Econo Lodge Augusta North - Washington Road

When you are looking for the economy hotels, this place is by far the safest. Lots of lighting, located behind Starbucks & Dunkin Donuts. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help you out. Super clean rooms, new TV’s , there is a new owner and they are making upgrades as fast as they can. My stays are like 4 days per week, I have found it to be in the best location for restaurants, grocery stores etc. AGAIN GREAT PLACE TO STAY

The rooms need work the price Made me over look all the damage it appears unclean in the bathroom tub. I was awaken by a bedbug bitting me and I contacted the front desk and we switch rooms. I told the front desk person that was working 3rd shift on July 2nd and 3rd 2025 that I needed to write an incident report and I was told that the manager in the morning of the 3rd would have to handle. Spoke with the person that morning he was of no help nor cared about my experience. I requested Corporate phone number he provided me with the front desk phone number. I goggled the Corporate office phone number and I was provided with a case number. I was told that if the hotel did not compensate me to call Corporate back. While checking out no compensate was offered nor did I receive it when I asked. Poor customer service. I have video of the bedbug and the bites that I received along with the discomfort of having been bitten. Horrible experience

I enjoyed my stay, but the A/C wasn’t as cold, and they charge you $4 dollars extra if you’re paying by card. So if you book online with choice hotels. Make sure you have cash. The hotel shower is complicated to use. But the young bald man with glasses is nice. The older guy not so much.

Easy to get on I-20. Always able to get clean linens. Dog friendly and front desk is always helpful. Easy access to all of Augusta great location

First off, we stayed at many hotels due to the storm that happened, a few months back, but I must say that relocating to this hotel was amazing. It's still amazing because we are still here me and my boyfriend. Nothing but great customer service, great staff, no drama! There are any LOT lizards or crackheads, and housekeeping is amazing. The front desk is amazing great not trust me, you will not be disappointed. book with them for your next travel needs Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
