Ebony handled the floral arrangements for my brother’s funeral in Augusta, Ga. with aplomb. I live in Baltimore, so everything was done by phone, email and text. Ebony’s professionalism and follow-through are spot on! She went above and beyond my expectations! And she’s affordable to boot! Highly recommend her business to anyone looking to support minority-female-owned small businesses whose products and conduct are first rate.

I had a great first experience using Ebony's Flowers and Gifts. I needed several arrangements for a wedding and had to communicate via email since I wasn't in the area. I sent a few pictures of what I liked but didn't specify what types of flowers I desired because we were down to the wire. I even went back and forth with a few additions and changes. In spite of it all, Ebony accommodated my requests with the utmost level of professionalism and customer service. The arrangements were then delivered to the venue so I had NO idea of what I was getting and didn't see the arrangements until I arrived at the venue. The arrangements were stunning and surpassed my expectations! The guests complimented the arrangements all night! I am very appreciative of the care and quality of work that went into the flowers. I don't have a need for flowers in Augusta very often, but when I do, I will definitely use Ebony's and ensure that I get the word out to others.

Ms.ebony is the absolute best!!!! I called her 5 minutes before she was about to close 30 minutes before we needed a corsage and boutonniere and she stayed open for me and had a corsage and boutonniere for me!!!!!! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to miss Ebony and how wonderful this corsage and boutonniere looks!!! I know it was last minute my ex husband was supposed to get one he did not and so we were scrambling and every place that I called were extremely rude to me except for Mrs Ebony she said I will help you and waited for me even after she was supposed to be closed. Thank you so much Mrs Ebony!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

We needed flower arrangements short notice for a memorial service. Ebony created beautiful centerpieces for our tables and a lovely vase arrangement for the front. She also did a beautiful flower cross for us. She was polite, professional, and very creative!

I love my flowers! A sweet lady delivered them to my door. She handed them to me and told me how beautiful they were and she was right! Most flower shops just leave them on your front porch and walk away.
