Dunkin'

I have been a regular here for almost a year. These past few times have been terrible. The sausage on my sandwich was dry like a slim jim, inedible. I ordered an iced coffee that tasted like mud water. Undrinkable. And they've been getting my coffee wrong a lot lately. It was never like this before, what changes happened that made the quality go down so much? They all need re-trained. The food and service were impressively good for many months, but not anymore.

The staff at this location are not qualified to fog a hand mirror much less serve food and beverage to the public. I get the exact same thing every time I go to Dunkin and I always order on the mobile app so there is no excuse for it to be wrong. This location gets my order wrong every single time. The coffees they make usually taste awful and burnt, and the breads for their sandwiches are always stale. They can't even read plain english...

Order is never done when I arrive even if I order 30 minutes out, they need to pull all of these stickers up for this location. I understand ever now and again being behind but I've literally walked in with no customers in the building and one car in the drive though and everyone is standing around behind the counter and find my order hasn't even been started. This has happened numerous times at this location and I've been to others and never have this issue

I ordered an order for pick up and the iced Matcha wasn't even blended up all the way this specific location is so unorganized somebody should really check them because yeah, that shit is ridiculous. Not gonna lie.

When I noticed these black specks in my coffee yesterday, I assumed they were coffee grounds. When I noticed these black specks all over my food today, I decided not to return to this location for the second time. Prior to the renovation there were issues with Sanitation and clearly those issues have not been resolved.
