Calvin is the best technician at Duggan’s. Hard working, diligent, and truly an expert at what he does. He actually takes the time to teach you about the issue and what caused it. He doesn’t talk down on you for not knowing what going on, and uses terms that any lay-person can understand. He gives realistic and honest opinions about the work that needs to be done and is respectful of your home and time. He works efficiently to get the job completed, and is always friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Calvin Jones. Calvin is special. He is first and foremost a superb and capable heater and air expert. He is courteous, smart, and efficient in his craft. He is quick to find a problem, and he is extremely professional as he goes about the business of repairing the problems he finds. He explains things extremely well, he does top quality work, and he cleans up after his repairs. We enjoy his company, and we are not going to be very receptive if and when the Duggan's front office tries to send anyone other than Calvin to our home in the future. Kelly did an amazing job cleaning and preventively maintaining my AC unit. The unit was super dirty. Kelly really put effort and high attention to detail to get it back looking and running like new. I'll be requesting that Kelly please be the technician to do all of our work moving forward.

Gary was MOST EXCELLENT. Received call and he was on time. VERY informative and patient. To time to educate us about the heating and cooling system so that we could make appropriate choices and future service. VERY polite and respectful. Highly recommend.
