Drew Creswell - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had Allstate insurance for 6 years. I started delivering for Spark. Upon looking at my insurance coverage, I wasn’t covered if I got into an accident while delivering. I looked around and Drew from State Farm, called. I told him, I needed insurance coverage for when I was working. It didn’t take Drew long, to come up with a price for the insurance I needed. The biggest surprise was the monthly premiums were cheaper. I saved around $75.00 a month; and I have better coverage. Thank you Drew! I don’t like calling and asking questions. I guess it is my accent or something. It is easier to send texts and emails. If I had any questions, I sent an email and Drew responds very quickly. Thank you Drew for your help and friendly service.

Ms. Jenna is outstanding. My wife and I recently looked into joining our car insurance together and Ms.Jenna was the representative whom we had the honor meeting. She was very kind , knowledgeable, understanding and prompt in dealing with our request. On several occasions I've dealt with the staff at Mr.Creswell establishment and they are always on point in every aspect. And to add to that Mr. Creswell is outstanding as well. And I say that because there's been years where I didn't receive acknowledgement of my birthday from so called friends or family members , yet I received a birthday card from my insurance agent. And that's been consistent through the years I've been a client of this office. And that's greatly appreciated other offices should definitely take note of small gestures like that. Ms. Jenna you are outstanding ,continue to be amazing in the job that you do and thank you so much for all your help with getting our insurance needs situated. Kelsey is wonderful. After 6 months my insurance was raised more than a hundred dollars. Canceled all services and the are still billing me for Renters insurance that I haven’t had in over 6 months!!! Spoke to Chris several times and was told he would take care of it because I don’t owe them anything. He even gave his WORD! Well! Just like State Farm he full of lies and mess because I go to get my mail and what do I have?! A Falsified Bill from Andrew Creswell State Farm insurance agency 😡 At this point it’s giving Harassment Vibes!!!!! I NEVER WANT TO HEAR FROM STATE FARM AGAIN!!! I OWE YOU NOTHING!!!! CHRIS IS A LIAR 🤥 AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!! You had no intentions of fixing you screw up. STOP SENDING MAIL TO MY HOME!!!!!!

I would have to say Andrew was so helpful on helping me navigate getting my glass on my truck fixed. He was very generous and kind and it did not take no time. I told him how pleasant and how easy this was and he made it that way thanks again, Andrew For a pleasant experience .

Kelsey did an amazing job helping me out. Gave me a lot of options for my Hyundai Santa Fe and my family two small businesses . Even educated me on life insurance which I was against before talking to her. Drew has an amazing employee with Kelsey can see why she been with the company so long. Thank for all the help!!!
