Downtown Pawn Shop is hands down the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and honest—they truly care about their customers. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just browsing, they make you feel welcome right away. The shop is clean, well-organized, and filled with a great selection of items—from instruments to jewelry to electronics. I was especially impressed with their guitar and amplifier section—top-notch gear at fair prices! I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in Augusta, this is a must-visit!

Great pawn shop with a nice selection of guitars, electronics, and jewelry. The rings and necklaces really stood out—beautiful pieces at great prices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

The team at Downtown Pawn is fair and reasonable. They have worked with me when I fell on hard times and been exceptionally reasonable. I have walked into other pawn shops where they seemed judgmental and unwilling to offer fair prices, but the boys at Downtown are good honest folks who tend to understand we all have bad days. From a shopping perspective they have some of the best deals in town.

This place is just wonderful. I came here with my wife to purchase a firearm for myself… she hates guns so she insisted I buy her some jewelry otherwise she wouldn’t take my cage off for another week. She fell in love with a diamond bracelet in the jewelry case and the staff were just so accommodating while she tried it on. My cage did make a small rapping noise when I would press my groin against the counter. You should absolutely check out this pawn shop! Great selection, great people!
