Domino's Pizza

It’s so bad that I literally drive 25 minutes to another Domino’s rather than deal with this disaster of a location when this location will deliver to my house. Think about that. The last time I ordered at the beginning of my daughters soccer game, went to pick up an hour and fifteen minutes later and it wasn’t ready. Sat inside for fifteen additional minutes, getting annoyed I asked how much longer and it was sitting on the shelf the entire time. The next time, my delivery got delivered at 9:05 , I ordered at 720, I love three minutes away. Also this picture is not a thin crust pizza lol. It’s bad, really bad. Don’t bother just drive somewhere else if this is the only location that delivers to you.

I called the store because my pizza was hard, barely cut and my wings barely had any sauce on it. The guy that answered the phone was dry and rude. I asked to speak to a manger and he said she wasn’t available. I then asked for his name and he said he’d rather not say. I won’t be ordering from here any more. My delivery guy was awesome very polite very nice and respectful!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am fed up with paying a premium for sorry food! I ordered a pasta bowl that was less than half full and it was supposed to have Alfredo sauce in it but it had none! The noodles were so dry they were crunchy! I’m done with Dominos until they get their act together!

Not extremely pleased at the moment. My Brooklyn pizza looked remarkably different FROM LAST WEEK & PREVIOUS...looked like a BITE had been taken out. I called the store only to be told the manager was to busy, @ 10:15pm so I grabbed the pizza & headed back for a face to face complaint...& at 10:30pm there were no orders??? Reluctantly the pizza was being remade & now the other pizza, chocolate cakes & cinnamon twist are at home getting COLD. I had to pay for another order so my son would have fresh cinnamon twist & lava cakes.. REALLY???? Honestly, not sure if even 1 star suffices this situation, 🤔..Definitely a call for corporate tomorrow...Honestly never had this issue or any other like this..so for what it's worth good luck!

If I could leave no stars I would! My food of $50+ bucks plus a delivery tip was TERRIBLE! My food was not fresh and was cold (NY style pizza & salad!). Look like the pizza a day old. Such poor service.
