Domino's Pizza

Usually they are pretty ok, but theres been several instances where the car door delivery was incredibly slow then when the food finally shows up its cold. When it's busy I understand they dont always have time but the past few times the kitchen was full of staff and it wasn't busy and I had to walk in and ask for it because they didn't deliver it to my door. The food was just sitting on a shelf. Not impressed by the service fir the car door delivery.

I attempted to place an order tonight using the mobile app because I had received a promotional code from a previous order. I did not see an option on the checkout screen to enter my promotional code. There was however, an option to enter in a gift card code. Due to the fact that the gift card option only allows for a numerical entry I was not able to enter my alpha numeric rebate. So I made the call into the store to ask for assistance. In short I was told that the employees did not know how to assist me with my issue. Although the young lady I spoke with was very apologetic and uniformed with how to assist me I attempted to place the order over the phone but was hung up on. In conclusion, I have taken the additional time out of my evening to write this review because it is my opinion that if someone works for a company they should be given training to be able to assist with such an issue as this. Again the employee I spoke with was very apologetic but also mentioned that even the manager was not able to assist me before hanging up. This sounds like a great opportunity to get some additional training for all employees.

Placed a order waited for an hour and 40 minutes for it only to have to cancel it because for some reason I hadn't gotten it. Called and told the guy who picked up I placed the order a hour and forty minutes ago and that the pizza was ready to deliver an hour ago only to be told "We were busy because of movie night I'm sorry" I'm just taking my business elsewhere now cause an hour and forty minutes for a mostlikely cold free pizza that i got for being a customer is crazy.

Place is clean and can enjoy while watching a movie. I like it there and the employees are really nice and always say have a good day.

Great customer service from the Store Manager Robert. Support from him was instantaneous and satisfactory.
