Dollar Tree

Tried to return items WITH my receipt and was was told that you can only return products at the store you bought the items from. After doing a quick search on the dollar tree website this is what I came across (so what I was told by the associate was completely wrong): At Dollar Tree, we want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience and be completely satisfied with their purchase. For in-store purchases: If you are not satisfied with merchandise purchased in one of our stores, please speak with a store associate. With the original receipt, items can be exchanged for another item, or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Without the original receipt, items can be exchanged at the current scanned price. Refunds and exchanges are not provided for gift cards or prepaid financial cards.

You can sometimes get bread for only $0.50!! Well stocked and good selection. Not the cleanest store, but seems understaffed and normal for three times. Never too busy when I'm there. Good dollar tree.

Theresa is the manager if this great dollar tree. She has some of the best employees you will ever find. All are excited to help you. Then when lines are long you do not have to worry they will open up registers till there is no waiting. Way to go. You will find happiness here while you shop.

Great Store. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Anything that you can not find the team can surely get you to the item. They keep it stocked and clean. May have a few overstock items but its still well organized. Ms. Paula is the greatest. I love seeing her every time I go into the store. She always Greets me, if she is not busy checking out another customer & always make sure to ask "How am I?" and "Did I find everything I needed?" She is what we need in customer service. Overall this entire team is professional and courteous to their customers. There are no long lines & it's an in and out experience for those looking to save time. You will find what you need and be out the store in under half the time you do in most stores. THANK YOU DOLLAR TREE TEAM FOR YOUR ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!!! BEST IN THE AREA!!!
