We love Dogwood Park Animal Clinic. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. Dr White is the absolute best. You will not find a better bedside manner or kinder doctor. We absolutely recommend this practice.

I've been to other vets in the past for my Fur baby. He struggled with very red and itchy inflamed skin and hardly no fur for a long time and was never diagnosed with what the cause was. Dr. Norman told me what caused it and gave us a treatment plan along with follow up appointments. He looks amazing and definitely feels better. I was super embarrassed to bring him because of his appearance and smell but the staff was super nice and non judgmental and loved on him even in his condition. This is now going to be where we bring all of our pets. Hands down the best experience at this vet in the past couple of years. Appointment was easy to schedule online and didn't have to wait a long time to be seen.

We have been bringing our fur babies to Dogwood for over a decade. I love the staff and my animals receive excellent care and attention every time they go in for a checkup, vaccination, surgery or teeth cleaning. I highly recommend this facility.

On May 6, 2025, my dog had an appointment with Dogwood Park Animal Clinic to check his status following an earlier visit to the Blue Pearl Pet hospital for a severe illness. After his exam, the veterinarian suggested a chemistry panel in three weeks to determine if his levels have returned to normal. I asked the veterinarian assistant about the cost before agreeing to make a return appointment. She left the room, spoke to someone returned and verbally gave me a quote of $80. I should have requested this quote in writing. Today, May 30, 2025 my dog had his appointment for the above mention chemistry panel and I was charged $106. I conveyed to the staff the $80 quote given on May 6. She left to speak with the office manager and returned, saying the office manager insists the in-house chemistry panel price is as charged. Now, you may say, why the fuss over $26? As I mentioned earlier, I took my dog to Blue Pearl knowing it would be expensive and outside of my budget. I am willing to pay for the care of my dog. My major complaint against Dogwood Park Animal Clinic is that a quote given by a member of the staff for a future service was not honored. Trust and honor are important to me. Customer service is important to me. These values were not demonstrated today at Dogwood Park animal clinic.

Great customer service. Prices are slightly better than other local vets but service is as good or better for my two little dogs. I love my fur babies!
