D&N Nails

Tommy did such a fantastic job with my nails. He was professional and friendly. I honestly wouldn't have found them if I didn't do a generic Google search for nails near me, and I'm so glad I did!! They were honest and affordable. I will be coming back for sure. Go ahead and get crazy with those rhinestones, be unique and trust your tech! I told him to do whatever he liked with the design, and I wasn't disappointed!

I am giving this a 3 star because I believe this place is overrated. I went in on a Saturday around 1:30. I requested service for nails and pedicure. I come in, get my pedicure done. When the guy doing my pedicure is almost done, the owner let 3 people get in front of me for their nails. The guy who’s doing my nails notices and tells him that he’s almost done with me and I am also getting my nails done. The owner says “Okay, it’ll be a few minutes”. I didn’t make a big deal about it and waited about 20 mins. Once he is done with a client he says, come in take a seat. I will be right back, give me like 5 minutes to recharge my batteries, I said okay. He then goes back and eats lunch🙄. I mean I understand they’re trying to make money but that’s why there are specific hours for lunch breaks. Then he finally comes back and starts doing my nails. Then he says that the design is too difficult, so he says “is it okay to “freestyle”?” At that point I was already irritated. Then after a few tries, he gives up and calls “Katie” to do the design of my nails. If it wasn’t for her I think this place would have like 2-3 stars rating. Honestly I came here only for the reviews, thinking everyone would be at the same level of katie. I guess I was wrong Here are some pictures of what I asked for and what I got. Also look at the white line of my toe nails, some are thicker than others. And they couldn’t even match a natural skin tone. Paid $125 total.

I used to love coming here for the reasonable prices, no so much reasonable anymore. I felt as if I got overcharged on my last visit but I know for sure now. Seems like they haven’t updated the price list or whatever. Instead of $25 pedicure that I asked for with gel which would be an option extra $10, in total would have been $35.. I got charged $45 & still tipped $5 on top of that. Needless to say I might as well go to any nail shop if I’m going to pay $45 for a basic pedicure In response, there was literally no polish on my feet when I came in I have not had my toes done in months, came in with bare feet. So $5 added for polish removal that I DID NOT have on my toes just let’s me know to go elsewhere where things are better communicated

I will not be returning here. From the get go there were problems. When i first came in, i sat for 30 minutes which is expected but i was handed the color pallet while i was waiting then took them away before i was seated at a table. Normally you pick those with the nail tech. When i asked for a design, he refused to look at the reference picture then reluctantly glanced at it and did something else. He was super rude the whole time and kept grabbing my hands and shoving them in the cure light. I didnt want to mess up the paint bumping them into the back yet he felt the need to to grab my hands like that. Told me how tired i looked and how i needed to go home and take a nap 5 or so times. Horrid service, will not be returning

This place is by far the best I've been to in a few years they younger lady was amazingly nice they got very busy so in between customers they would help everyone sorta at the same time took a couple hours to get done with my nails and feet but I was in no rush and I'm very patient . The man that was helping her with my nails was so nice I know he was getting aggravated at my hands tensing up (I have muscle spasms) but he was great and the people there are just so sweet and professional. I WILL BE COMING BACK ! Thank you guys so much .
