Discount Tire

Had an appointment this past Saturday to have tires on my car rotated and balanced.Did the online appointment for 9:45 am.Arrived at the place at 9:35,handed the key to an accurate and was checked in.At 11:00 am ,car had still not been moved.I finally decided that was enough wait,ask for my keys,and was asked when I was going to bring car back.I do understand they were busy but I felt I had waited long enough. I was very disappointed.

Updated to 3 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ When I wrote this review I also sent my concerns to the company. They contacted me to see if there was anything they could fix. I was quite hesitant but made an appointment to go in and see what they could do. They were able to correct the steering wheel which in turn corrected the stability control sensor. They also refunded the installation fee… it seemed that the associate doing check in didn’t understand how wrangler spare tires work. 3 stars for online ordering, online scheduling, fast service, and prompt follow up Only 3 stars because of the 🤬 upsell. I hate feeling like I have to be so on guard any time I walk into an auto shop. (Original) One star: ⭐️ This is probably my own fault for trying to deal with sales driven associates after being awake for 20 hours 1) tires were ordered online … super easy process!! Loved that!! I had, however, only ordered 4 tires and have a Jeep wrangler. My plan was to have them put the least bad tire up as the spare for the moment. Reasons why aren’t important and a long story. 2) arrived as scheduled and they checked me in, acted like they might not be able to use one of the current tires as a spare then charged me an entire “installation fee” for moving it … wheel and all.. because it’s a wrangler… to the back. Hmmm I thought but again … too tired to argue. 3) sales pusher then proceeded to ask if I felt pulling when I drove … no I said… he mumbles something about alignment for $100… ok whatever you need to do to put the tires on TURNS OUT they charge you $100 to tell you IF you need alignment and can’t do anything about it … BECAUSE ITS A WRANGLER. Oh but I could buy some kind of kit to put on it that makes the alignment adjustable. No thank you. 4) well at least they were quick about it. However as soon as I put it in drive it starts dinging and now the stability control sensor needs servicing. Also the steering wheel is at a 30 degree angle so it definitely needs alignment now but I really don’...

Awesome staff! They are always so friendly and helpful. Had an appointment and they do a great job and got me out with 45 minutes.

I have felt with these guys twice now and have left very pleased with the service. When one of my new tires blew out, I called and they got me an appointment and new one installed with rotation of the ones I already had. Very nice staff they go above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy. I been to a lot of tire shops over the years and I will definitely be bringing my business here.

Worst service I’ve ever got, they told me one price over the phone then when I got there the price had changed. They also never reset the tire pressure monitor, so my tire pressure light was on the instant I got in it… if I could give 0 stars I would.
