Direct Auto Insurance

First i want to say Joann Jamison the sales and service agent is absolutely amazing, helpful,sweet, and considerate. But the company she works for sucks. They want to make a change to your policy and don't tell you about it. How do you charge someone $150-$200 more a month without notifying them. That is absolutely insane, and then wonder why people are driving around uninsured. DO BETTER PLEASE

The sales agent, Joanne Jamison, was exceptional. I had already call about 10 companies with no luck, and still no luck with Direct Now. This review isn’t about the insurance, it’s mainly about her as a person. She exhausted every outlet she had to try and help me find insurance. She was unable to help me, but it was the fact that she went above and beyond. You don’t find good people like that anymore. Once they realize they can’t help you they rush you off her phone, but not with her.

My agent was amazing! Thanks Joann Jamison for bringing an end to a very long insurance shopping day!! She recognized my exhaustion and put my mind and to ease by offering the best quote to fit my needs! 10/10
