Ms. Martin is an excellent realtor. She was instrumental in selling my home within a week of the listing. She helped me with preparing to sell my home by paying close attention to detail. She was also able to link me with reliable resources for painting, replacing fixtures, and ensuring my home was properly staged. She is also quite knowledgeable about the process of selling homes. She was responsive to my questions and handled the entire process professionally. This is the second home that she has sold for me, I have also referred her to family members who've experienced the same success.

It was wonderful working with Derya. She was very patient with us but was consistent in getting listings to us regularly and being patient with us throughout this journey and thus made the process less painful and hectic. For that we are very thankful. If we decide to buy again, we definitely know we will use her!
