Dental Care of South Aiken

One of the best experiences I've had. A young lady named Shaina did my cleaning and the experience was amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. Her bedside manners made me so comfortable and welcoming, since I have not been there in a year. Then a Dr. Boone came in to explain the X-ray and he was also calming. At the front desk, one of the staff members (I think her name was Molly) was kind enough to offer her sweater because I was cold. I had a great report from Shana and Dr. Boone, which was better than I thought. The kindness and warmth I received from the entire staff felt like a "Welcome Home". Thank you Shana and the great team you work with!

I would say that the job was good but the manners were disappointing. I felt the discomfort of my hygienist throughout the treatment. He left the room several times and I felt the blood in my mouth (until I decided to rinse with the tap in the room) he came back without giving me explanations and he was complaining that it was not a regular cleaning. He kept asking me questions in a certainly demanding tone without suggesting anything friendly at any time. While she was cleaning my teeth with discomfort, he asked me questions in an uncomfortable tone as if scolding me "do you drink coffee" "what brush do you use" what flossing method" "what pasta do you use" to all the questions I was getting smaller because I felt that he was telling me that I did everything wrong because my teeth had tartar. As she left the room again I was tempted to leave the place. I really won’t be back. It seems that you have to have a perfect teeth to go there or she will make you feel like an stupid adult. Hear me tough woman a nice word or an smile makes life beautiful, and even more in the vulnerable situation of the patient. By the way, she left without saying goodbye. Thanks God the kind doctor came to check on my teeth and you could tell the difference: she knew how to do both things, her job and treat the patient with sweetness

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in detail as to the procedure that I had. My tech Ms. Greene was very thoughtful and detailed about her task at hand. As well as being experienced with her techniques.

I’ve been going to this place for about 3 years now. And I’ve never ever had a bad experience. Dr Baldree (Now Dr Quick) has always been so pleasant & reassuring with everything she does. Mrs. Ruth is absolutely the best hygienist ever. You can tell they love their job. Everyone there honestly is always welcoming and tries their best to take care of you. Extremely grateful. Will always recommend this place. Thank you.

Had my first visit yesterday to replace a crown. My experience was outstanding. Dr. Quick is super nice and her skills are impeccable. Dental Assistant Heidi is extremely professional and very sweet as well. Call out also to Front Desk Angela whose personality is a great advertisement for this Dental practice.
