Deluxe NAILS SPA

I chose Deluxe Nails off of previous views. Let me say, I was not disappointed. I only had a short wait because I was a walk in. I received a pedicure and full set ombre French manicure. Again, not disappointed. This will be my go to for a few hours of pampering. The people were nice and courteous and attentive. Update: Well, the second time around was definitely not as good as the first. I actually scheduled an appointment this time for my daughter and myself. We were both supposed to get a fill-in and a pedicure. Well, needless to say, my fill-in took about an hour and some change, so I did not get my pedicure. My nails were crooked and popped off after 1 week. I was so disappointed. This is my last time, be it that I stay over an hour away only to arrive and have to wait even though I had an appointment. The second time around was definitely not good.

Nancy was a doll! Exceptional at what she does and friendly in her conversations. I walked in without an appointment and she accommodated myself as well as her other clients, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She did an excellent job, exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy!

This was my first time in a looong time getting my feet done, and my first time going to Delux Nails Spa. I must say I am so happy I went. My feet was terrible 😣. I was embarrassed, but when I left out it felt like I had on a NEW pair feet lol. I will definitely be going back they are so nice and professional and go out their way to get you right for a GREAT price!! Thank you TL you did a GREAT job!!🫶🏽

UPDATE: ‼️‼️‼️I WISH THIS COMPANY WOULD STOP DELETING MY REVIEW!!!! I WILL COME BACK EVERY TIME TO ⚠️ WARN⚠️ OTHERS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ This was the first place to get your nails done they ignore you as to what you want they will give you what they think you need secondly I asked for a master nail technician and they gave me a young man that barely knew what he was doing, he tried though, poor thing, I felt so bad for him, he was so nervous. I requested them not to use a whole bunch of acrylic on my nails and they did that anyway I left unsatisfied I paid $180 bucks and I tipped the young man on top of that. If I could give them no stars I would. That's not even half, they spoke in Vietnamese or Chinese giggling and talking about their customers who they need to pay their bills. 🤦‍♀️ I AM NOT FROM AUGUSTA I AM VISITING THANK GOD BECAUSE IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EXPECT IN AUGUSTA I FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE LIVE HERE 🥴 I think we should make it a RULE that they should speak English in front of English speaking people. It's very rude that you are in United States, KNOWS HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL, BUT REFUSE TO JUST SO THEY CAN GIGGLE AND HAVE LAUGHS AT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO PAYS THEM!!! respect us as such, by speaking English around us!!!!!! When you go in the back, you can speak whatever language you want. Everyone knows you are talking about your customers. That's a no-brainer. ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!!!!

I absolutely love this place! I love the attention to detail Nancy puts in making sure my nails are exactly the way I asked for them! She’s the best nail tech I’ve ever had!!
