Days Inn by Wyndham Augusta Wheeler Road

It was a great stay. Staff was very thoughtful. The room was clean. Even the neighbors were great. Bed was comfortable. The water was very hot no matter what time I showered. I noticed some repairs needed around the property. But they even have a lift to help the handicapped into the pool. This is not a luxury motel, but it's a damn good motel.

Honestly, you get what you pay for, which in my honest opinion, was still too much for this hotel. Not only was the room we booked occupied by another person, the second room we received wasn't clean. Towels were dingy and stained, hair in tub, toilet not wiped , past evidence of bugs in bed. Jessica is LITERALLY the only reason we stayed, she was understanding and nice, they work the dog out that woman, I can tell. I've never in my entire life been in a hotel where the front desk person has to come clean the room because housekeeping didn't! THAT WOMAN DESERVES A RAISE, even though I know they won't give it to her (🙄). Jess if you're reading this girl, RUN. You are worth so much more than this hotel. Needless to say, we won't be back.

100% will be returning to this location. It was Quite with no issues. You have to remind it not the Ritz Carlton so don’t compare it a 5 star hotel. The owners are super friendly and all the staff. The rooms are a little dated but it is super functional. All the appliances are clean and work fine. The parking lot is well lighted.

WONDERFUL STAFF! Renovations look great. Pool was clean and they were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice comfortable little retreat.

The staff here are wonderful. They were very accommodating to my wife and I. They made us feel welcomed and provided is with excellent customer service. The front desk clerk, Kimberley, was amazing. The rooms were implacable and clean. The walking distance to nearby restaurants and stores was great. Just a 5 minute walk from Doctors Hospital. All in all, a great experience
