My wife and I called ahead and asked if they had what we were looking for in a refrigerator washer and dryer. When we arrived Claudia introduced us to Heather who took her time asking us what features we wanted and spent time helping us find a better fit in everything FOR about half the price!!! Amazing service and price! We will be back…they’ve earned all of our future business. Thank you for doing business like it should be done! We are both happy and grateful!

I entered the store and was greeted with unprofessional and rude behavior. When I asked a gentleman for assistance, he responded dismissively, saying, “You can go look over there.” I don’t recommend this furniture store to anyone; I’m glad I can keep my money. The furniture is old and outdated anyway!

This family has always been great people,if I hadn't made promises,I'd go to there store and get my new furniture again.ive always felt like part of the Davis appliance family.its been a great 8 long years since I fell in love with this town and the Davis family.

This company sold me a broke washing machine. At first the washing machine wouldn’t spin, then it wouldn’t drain, and now it won’t turn off on its own. They refuse to trade it out and they keep having me pay for the parts that’s needed to fix the broke machine they sold me. The costs to repair this junk is more than if I just bought another one. Do not buy appliances from here !!! Edit: so I must change my rating due to exceptional customer service I received from a young lady at this establishment. Her name was Claudia, she was very concerned on how she could help fix the issue and was extremely considerate to my issues. She was able to quickly and professionally resolve my issue and I will say she is the only reason my rating is going from 1 star to 3 star. Thankyou so much for actually caring about providing good service to your clients Claudia. God bless you.
