We are a military family who owns a house in Augusta that we rent out, using David Greene Realty as our rental company, with Erin Cash, specifically, as our property manager. We HIGHLY recommend both David Greene Realty and Erin Cash for doing an absolutely stellar job as property managers. We have been stationed overseas and Erin has been invaluable in keeping tabs on our property, seeing that responsible renters are found for it, keeping it rented, being an excellent bridge of communication between us and our tenants, keeping on top of repairs in a timely manner and with reasonable fixes, providing prompt, conscientious communication, and providing excellent advice for us when we need it. Over and over again we have been so grateful to have Erin caring for our place! Both the company and Erin have shown incredible expertise, high standards, and high quality care for our house. We can't recommend them enough! Many, many thanks!

If one word can describe Whitney, it would be "sensational". That said, one word cannot possibly describe how professional, responsive, consultative and knowledgeable she was. When dealing with real estate agents in the past, it was more selling than consulting but not with Whitney. She did not hesitate to point out issues that may effect both the short and long term potential problems and value of homes. Her friendly demeanor, as well as the aforementioned adjectives made her easily the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and ever hope to work with. I cannot recommend her enough.

These people removed Pest Control out my lease 2023 but other tenants got it in there’s still though. They’ve moved these nasty people in next to me that’s now infesting my side of the duplex with roaches and forcing me to be responsible for their dirty, nasty ass tenants! This is complete bullcrap! They’ve moved these not addressing the issue with them neighbors & forcing them to pay for pest control nor are they offering to help cover the cost in incurring due to these nasty ass people! I no longer like this realty company because what kind of crap is that to remove my pest control services in the first place! I’m SO PISSED! Complete BULLSHIT!

We don't live in the State of Georgia and we had David Greene Realty as our property manager since 2019 or so. Our rental property is located in Evans in the Lakeside School District. The quality of renters David Greene obtained were not the best tenants. The last tenants that were in our home were filthy and dirty to say the least and broke the lease by leaving early and refused to pay last month's rent. Those tenants left our house unlivable and in a terrible state of disrepair. For example the carpets were extremely black and filthy past what is considered to be normal wear and tear and also the carpets were chewed on. We suspect they had a dog which was against their lease. Some plastic shelves in the fridge were ripped apart and broken and fridge left with food in it without electricity for weeks. You can imagine what the fridge looked like. We had to buy a new fridge. Tenants also ripped out the paper toilet holder off the bathroom walls for no apparent reason and many other unexplainable damages they caused. We are ripping out nasty filthy black carpets and putting up new floors. Up to date we have paid close to $15,000 just to make it livable again. Adding insult to injury, these tenants had a LLC business with our property officially listed as their "headquarters". Technically they were "running a business" out of our property which was against their lease. These tenants were almost always late with the rent and when they did pay, we received our portion of the rent by David Greene sometimes as late as the 19th of the month. According to our lease, we as the owners, were suppose to receive half of the late fee penalty but David Greene kept all of the late fees for themselves. David Greene also charged us an annual fee of $200 for routine "administrative electronic filings" whatever that meant.
