CVS Pharmacy

Just dropped in this CVS on Baston and Old Petersburg Road ( Riverwatch Pkwy) in Augusta Ga. I Frequently drop by on the way home from work ( NICU RN ). I spent $ 213.83, again over 2 to 3 hundred which I do often. I used the self checkout and the machine ate my receipt. When I asked the clerk for a receipt, it was clear she was perturbed and printed one out but when I asked why it didn't have coupons on it she was nasty. I have never left CVS without a lot of random and sometimes helpful coupons and sometimes even a few dollars to spend on my next purchase. The clerk was so rude that I can definitely say that thanks to TAMIKA at this location I will never be back. Ever. She was dismissive and acted like I was quite an inconvenience. She actually said she didn't know what I wanted because the receipt got ate up. Wow CVS. This is not the usual friendly helpful staff that I encounter at this location. I expect better and every customer that comes to do business here deserves better. I only left a one star review because I could leave zero Stars.

This pharmacy has frustrated me for the past year or so and I'm finally saying goodbye to it. It's sad bc I've been coming to this specific pharmacy for at least 5 years.... the people have all changed, I don't know anyone there now. I can never talk to someone unless I go down there which is frustrating to say the least...I could ramble on about so much but they hold my prescriptions hostage. They say it's in one when I talk to someone and then I check the app and it says it's not coming for another week! Italk to them again and they say "so many people are on it" and that's not an excuse for me. Feels like it's first come first serve when they should order the correct amount needed...i can't do inventory for then and it literally makes me so nervous every time a refill comes around. I'm done with them.

Cvs is my go to pharmacy for all of my prescriptions. I never have an issue getting what I need. I get text message updates for all of my medications which makes refills so much easier.

Completely understood everything I was saying. Also fixed the problem I was having with another cvs not having my Rx in stock. He listened, checked and even RE-checked my files and did it quick without giving me a run around!! I got there upset and kinda annoyed and left smiling and so thankful!!
