I visited CVS Pharmacy to pick up a prescription for eye drops for my daughter, who was with me at the time. After waiting for 15 minutes for the prescription to be called in, I was told it would take another 20 minutes to prepare. Since it was just a bottle of eye drops, which doesn't require any complicated preparation, I politely inquired if there was any way it could be ready sooner. I was hoping it might be done quicker, and if not, I planned to take my daughter next door to McDonald's while we waited. Unfortunately, the pharmacist (or perhaps a technician), who was a larger white woman, responded in a rude manner, rolling her eyes and sharply saying, "It'll take 20 minutes, sir." While I understand that people can have bad days, her tone and attitude were unprofessional and inappropriate for a customer-facing role. I simply thanked her and left. When I returned 20 minutes later, there was an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was clear to me that preparing a bottle of eye drops and bagging it didn’t take the full 20 minutes. Regardless, the experience left a sour impression. I doubt I’ll return to this location. This employee could benefit from better customer service training, including maintaining a polite tone and managing her expressions when speaking with customers. My question was simple and respectful, and it deserved the same in return.

They need some customer service training but other than that it was OK. CVS has some real issues they need to attend to. I get that they are overwhelmed understaffed and deal with real horrid customers but not all of us are rude and ykws.

This pharmacy is exceptional! I have been going there about 6 years and never an issue. The store also has special sales.

Cockeyed short bald black guy with an accent has no customer service skills at all and seems annoyed to be doing his job. im leaving this review because he needs to be humbled and understand he chose a job that requires customer service skills not undermining skills. He could have easily explained that the good rx card was not beneficial for the prescription I was picking up instead of rudely saying you want this or that?

I am skeptical when I read reviews about businesses, but for the most part, the reviews listed are accurate. When I first started going to this pharmacy years ago, the service was good, and the staff were kind and helpful. The employees that work there now act as if you are an inconvenience to them. Most of the time, as mentioned in a previous review, the drive-thru is closed before a couple of hours before they close, and there is a sign that says, "Please come inside for service." When you go inside there is a long line and only one person is working the register, but there are two registers. When the drive-thru is open, they are incredibly slow,so don't go there if you are in a hurry. Lastly, the turnover rate is horrible. Every time I go there, they have new employees. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
