Idk if it’s just me but I’ve been in here a few times and each time has been a racial experience. Today was the icing on the cake. I got pictures printed and the older lady at the front was super rude for no reason and giving me such a hassle and hard time. However I ended up being short .98 cent on my card so I had to go to my car to get the little $1 in cash and she was basically telling the other employee to follow me to the car since I was already holding my pictures in hand to be sure I came back inside to pay the .98 cent. My total bill for the pictures was $45 and some change. Long story short if anyone wanted to run off I’m sure it wouldn’t be over no .98 cent smh. Just sad. Anywho each times I’ve been in here it’s like they are racist. My encounter before this one they was polite to the Caucasian and Hispanic guys in front of me then got to me and didn’t greet me and snatched my payment…. So yeah very rude and raciest acting and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Definitely pick another CVS to spend your money on.

BEWARE of KRISTI who's NOT a LICENSED PHARMACIST. {KEY} - Cause there's a Character Limit + Whatnot P - Pharmacy PH - Pharmacist PHT - Pharmacy Technician DR - Doctor CS - Controlled Substance Rx - Prescription M - Medication K - Kristi T2 - K's Co-Worker PA - Phone Agent PSB - Pharmacy State Board DL - District Leader NA - Not Allowed IA - Inactivate DIS - Discretion {TL;DR} - K fulfills my P callback request. - A PH must be on duty for a CVS P to be open. K is a PHT. - K learns I'm filling a CS Rx + does what she can to block this. A PHT is NA to refuse Rx fills/refills. - Both K + T2 claim K is a PH. - K IAs my Rx. A PHT is NA to do this unless specific LEGAL criteria is met. - K has T2 give me a fake name - Carol. - I create a case against K with the CVS DL. - I report K to the PSB. {Long Version} I was never rude to K, even though K was unpleasant from the start. K learns I'm filling a CS Rx, so K starts rapid-firing ?'s at me: if I'd taken this M before; did I know what this kind of M is or does; etc. K snaps that I don't have insurance on file + she 'CAN FILL the RX, as long as I bring this in'. I say 'that's fine'. K claims she needs to call my DR to confirm the Rx. Never, in the years I've been taking this M, has any P done this. - The Rx had been verified by my DR, sent to this CVS P + I have the insurance to cover it. I TRY to explain K calling may not work since the office tends not to answer the phone + emails are what get replies. K loudly interrupts me with, "WHY!? WHY CAN'T I CALL THEM!?" I TRY to calmly explain the phone situation again + K interrupts me again, saying she won't fill the Rx if she doesn't talk to my DR. I never told K she couldn't call. K CHOSE not to, while also using it as her reason to deny me. I TRY to explain I was approved for an Rx tier cost reduction = less steps I need take when filling this type of Rx. K's reply is along the lines of "well, I don't know about all that". Uhh, wut? I request K provide proof that she HAS...

My wife had just left the hospital from surgery. The light skin young girl at the window had an attitude with her eye rolling and when I asked how long before her medicine was ready due to her pain, she was quick to say I don't know, smirk while rolling her eyes. So I park and go in. The other young girl was very helpful but said since my wife couldn't come in, I needed to go to drive thru to get it so they could see my wife in the car. I go to the parking lot, pull the car around and watch as they close the window for their lunch... so I have to sit at the window with my wife in pain after JUST being told to come to the window... the girl HAD THE MEDICINE IN HAND when I walked out. I'm thankful for the second lady's help but the one at the window was really disrespectful.

Being generous with 2 stars. Pharmacy has terrible customer service. I see that now by most of the reviews. I guess business must be to good to care about the customer. I really hate to the bother the employees when I need help.

I went into this store today service was terrible. I wanted to deposit some money into an account. The cashier who was an older Caucasian lady had a little issue scanning my phone to deposit the money. But she really didn't try it was as if I was getting on her nerves.Like she was scared if she gets close to me she would catch something and die. Oh my. She was really rude I went down the street to another CVS customer service was awesome it only took a few seconds and the transaction was completed.
