Worst experience ever! Worst customer service! Worst body work! Worst paint job! We have many pictures to prove it. Brooke was rude and unbelievably incompetent. After having our Tahoe for months and putting us off, she released it with the doors not aligned, door trim hanging off inside, overspray on the trim, pitting in the paint, and other issues that we immediately noticed when picking it up. The brand new GM doors didn’t even open correctly. After supposedly being fixed AGAIN I went to roll my window down and it wouldn’t roll back up because it wasn’t attached to the regulator evidently. We had to take off of work and call repeatedly to get it fixed right after so many times being done wrong. It was the most frustrating and time consuming mess we’ve ever had to deal with and this was even after getting the general manager, Jim, involved. He assured us he would personally take it over from Brooke. Unfortunately he didn’t do much better. The only thing he took care of was getting us a rental since we were down to one vehicle for all this time. We were given nothing else but excuses each time they screwed something else up. The Evans location installed our new tires due to the same accident and it was no better. The sensor was broken and Sarah told both me and my wife different stories (more excuses) about what they did and didn’t do. She was extremely rude as well. If you want to deal with a company and owners who care NOTHING about their business and the quality of their work then you should hurry on down to Cushmans. We couldn’t even get any of the three owners to call us back after contacting each location and leaving messages to ensure they knew about our experience.

They were quick and very courteous. We pointed out an issue they missed and after verifying it added it to our claim. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done

I had an awful experience at this shop. After our truck sustained damage from Hurricane Helene, my husband and I brought it in for repairs, which included a dented hood and a cracked windshield. After waiting for two months, the vehicle was finally ready, but I quickly realized that the repairs were not done properly during the ride home. I had scheduled to return the truck after the holiday week because the rearview mirror wasn't secure. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the windshield had not been sealed correctly. When it rained over Christmas weekend, our truck filled with water, damaging the electrical components in the dashboard. When I returned the truck to the shop, they only resealed the windshield and did not clean up the mess or fix the additional damage they caused. Even when my insurance company called to check on the situation, the shop provided no assistance. Ultimately, I had to take the truck to another service center for repairs, which cost me nearly another $2,000. Additionally, I spent another $500 to have the interior steam cleaned. I highly recommend staying away from this shop.

We brought the truck due to hurricane damage in the front , it was there for almost 2 months , we never got but maybe one actual update .also had to pay out of pocket for rental due to it not being done when told before . Then when we got it back the back side panel at the top has over spray on it , ( again no work was to be done there ) and the hood isn’t lined up correctly , the back up camera worked fine before and now it doesn’t see untill you’re about to hit something or it hardly works at all , I told the estimator about it and her reply was “ we didn’t fix the back so we aren’t fixing it “ . Which doesn’t make sense to me why it isn’t working when it did before the accident . Not blaming the body guy because he probably has poor communication with estimator about the repair . Will be contacting my insurance to see if I can get it fixed elsewhere .
