I love the fact they try to contact you when there’s a problem with your unit even if you’re late behind, they still give you a chance to pay. They will call you every day if they have to, but I love it. They’re a great customer service. I’ve been with them for quite a couple of years now sometimes I’ll be but they understand I just got a communicate with them so I love this place always well maintain the property always clean off clean everybody at work there that take care of you. Great customer service. I have no problem with them. They keep me going laughing and excited to go to pay every time. I’m always happy thank you CubeSmart

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at the Tobacco Rd Store# 4347 location! They were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommended!
