The EOA is just full of it. I called for help with an electric bill and they told me at first to call back on May 1 when funds are available. Call back, lines busy all day. Call the next day, was told they had no appointments available and to keep calling back. I've been calling everyday and now I call today no funds are available and to check back Jan. 8. If I'm calling everyday for an appointment as soon as you're open, how is it that you have no appointments and no funds. EOA isn't any help at all.
