Great sales experience on both units we have purchased over the past few years. What really stands out though is the AMAZING experience we had with the walk-through team on our new RV. Bill was very thorough and helpful, we really appreciated the patience and time he gave explaining the features on our toy hauler. The service department is top notch and we appreciate Bobby and his team. They know their stuff (Bill, Harry, Mario and Steve to name a few in the dept that have worked on our camper over the years), are super helpful and do their best to get you back out on the road as fast as possible! They have also done a stand out job installing after purchase options and take care in their work!

Had a great experience purchasing a new Jayco 29' travel trailer from here after shopping around for roughly 6 months. I'm not a fan of haggling with salesmen and Leo understood that. He gave me a price that just could not be beat anywhere else (I promise I looked!). I cannot speak on the financing portion, since we did not do that, but the entire process was very smooth. The day of pick up, they got someone to show us every inch of the trailer and how to use it properly. We picked up a few things from the parts department and the guy behind the counter was very helpful as well. Some things I noticed were pretty high priced compared to other options online, like the name brand Furrion camera system, but then other items were cheaper than what I could find online. Overall, it was a very smooth process and everyone there was helpful. Highly recommend.

Just bought a used Cherokee Grey Wolf from Mr. Leo Parsons! One of the smoothest sales experiences I've been involved in. I was very particular with what i wanted and so was my wife. They didnt have anything at the time we looked but Leo never forgot about us and some how he found exactly what we wanted just before camping season. Very very grateful to have been introduced to him! As a first time owner they even gave me a free crash course on the ends and outs of the camper! Their store also has all the accessories you could ever need so definitely use Camperland for your camping needs!

We went to Camperland having agreed in advance that we were just "looking" and not buying. We had fears & skepticism about a lot! But, we were kinda open to a good deal we could afford and what a pleasant surprise! The salesman was affable, informative and a good listener to our concerns and found us a toy hauler that exceeded my bucket list dreams. (My wife did her research on common issues and YouTube complaints about RV purchases) So, the "Walk-thru Specialist" allowed her to take the lead to identify, check and operate all systems. We found minor issues and the tech ordered on-the-spot fixes to our satisfaction. We are impressed! Thanku Camperland Augusta, outstanding job!
