Crumbl - Grovetown

I heard about this place on tik tok and I love cookies so have always liked and was happy they opened one up here in Grovetown. Right when I come in the gentleman there greeted me and with a big smile. I told him I was coming in for my birthday cookie and he told me happy birthday and was very sweet. Everything was 10. The ambiance, cleanliness, the delicious smells and my strawberry cheesecake birthday cookie. Exploding flavors. Will continue to come for the cookies and the service.

I typically don’t leave bad reviews, but I was quite disappointed with my cookie this time. Pink Velvet is my favorite Crumbl cookie of all time. When I saw it was on this weeks lineup, I was so excited! However, when I bought one today, it was not pink and did not taste how it typically does. I asked the employee if he was sure they gave me the right cookie and he reassured me it was but that something happened when they were preparing the batter that it turned out the way it did. I just took my cookie the way it was and left because I’m not the type of person to give people a hard time, but I wish I could have had a Pink Velvet cookie the way it’s supposed to be made, especially after waiting so long for it to pop up on the lineup again.

Cookies were great. Don't get tricked like we did with the cutter. We asked her to use the cutter in the cookies , she said it was $1. We gave her a five and she asked for more. Then gave us a cutter. We just wanted her to cut the cookies. Live and learn

For the first time today, I took my kids there for a treat, and when they ate their cookie, they DID NOT like the cookie. They said it tasted like dough and did not taste as good as it looked. Didn't meet my children's expectations.
