My alarm was damaged during the recent hurricane. I called cruise security and she ended up solving my problem over the phone. She was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed!

We have had them for 9 months and they have yet to get billing correct for us. Just got double charged for three months again, and we have been in monthly contact about this issue since we started working with them. Will be calling to cancel our services.

Never had a problem in the years I have been with them. Always courteous.
