Be careful and pay attention to all work that is being done by this company. From the time I started with them in November 2024 til the day of the installation which was Jan 27th 2025 for a full roof replacement there was lack of communication, very poor job on the roof and all I was told I have a peace of mind due to I have a warranty. Not a great way to build a trustworthy rapport with customers. They mainly called me in regard to the payment and no resolution on fixing the roof. We also found nails around my carport after the job was done. I mentioned I was left with several indentions in the roof they ignored that and said they was there before the the storm, well that was the entire reason I did the full roof replacement if I knew I would had this type of work done I would have only repaired the area were damaged was done from Hurricane Helene or went with another company which may be a best option if you are seeking roof replacement. I suggest do thorough research and make sure you stay on top of everything because seems like they didn't care about what I wanted done. They didn't provide no resolution basically I got stuck with the same roof with new shingles and they didn't even place barriers in certain areas of the roof. Also, no water or ice shields placed where they should be no drop metal placed as well. Guys they had enough material to fix the indentions that was left on site they took 6 OSBs back with them and some shingles. Thanks for the new shingles job Crosby. Update: I have called multiple times this week to have the owner Richard to call me and they mentioned yesterday 3/12 that I would receive a call they mentioned that early this week as well. Still no call in regards to this issue 3/13. If you want to work with a company that cares and respects their customers please seek another company. They are easy to deal with, honest in their pricing, and pay attention to details. They did a great job on roof repair after the storm and I constantly get compliments on the gutters they installed. They also stand behind their work and are helpful if you do have a problem.

I am extremely happy with Crosby Roofing's work. Our home was damaged by hurricane Helene and needed some supports for the roof repaired, tiles replaced, and new rain gutters. Scheduling was fairly easy, and they checked in several times between jobs. The workers were polite, professional, and the work that they did was excellent. Crosby Roofing also provided several ways to pay for the repairs that have made it easier to pay off the bill. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs.

Crosby Roofing did a great job on the reroofing of my house. Cowboy Jessie and his crew were professional, courteous and kept me informed of what was going to be done and what was needed from me. I would highly recommend Crosby Roofing to anyone . I cant thank you enough.

Crosby did an amazing job on my roof installation. Installers showed up at the break of dawn and worked diligently until completion at sundown, every detail was gone over they respected my property, covered my landscaping and cleaned up every bit afterward. I will only use Crosby!
