Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Had not been to Cracker Barrel in years. We are in town and asked the Grand Kids where the wanted to eat. They all shouted "CRACKER BARREL" Honestly I was shocked. Thought they would have chosen Chic Fila and we probably would have spent more there without the home type feeling. Our server Maddie was phenomenal. How you always find great help baffles me. We tipped her well but she more than earned it. The food was all hot and fresh despite our large crowd and our expected 45 minutes wait was less than 15 minutes. The rest room was spotless. Thank You Cracker Barrel for making our day and Merry Christmas❤️

Great menu variety. Best fried chicken, breakfast is great also. Take home meals at 6.00 is great with any food purchase. The sweet peach tea is very good. Campfire chicken special very very good.

We were in Aiken that morning and decided to have lunch at Cracker Barrel. We were seated quickly and our waitress came to check on us right away. Her name was Faith. She was great! She was efficient and took care of us. We got our food and it was delicious. Faith did a great job and we commended her for that. She served us with a quiet and competent manner!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Cracker Barrel, and I wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing team there! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out, though, was the inclusive atmosphere created by the managers, Heather and Ricky. They were both so welcoming and made it clear that everyone was valued and respected. It’s rare to see such genuine care and dedication to creating a positive environment. The food was delicious, as always, but the exceptional service and inclusive environment truly made this visit memorable. Heather and Ricky are doing an outstanding job, and I can’t wait to go back!

I don't know what changed over the last year or so but my visit yesterday was a massive improvement over the past couple of times I've been to this Cracker Barrel. I brought my parents here to meet up for lunch and ordered the new Pot Roast. My parents ordered the Country Fried Steak and the Turkey Dinner, which was the special of the day. We ordered cornbread for the table and they came out the freshest I've ever had it. The cornbread alone massively improved the experience because of how light, fluffy, and moist it actually was. Honestly the best I've had at a Cracker Barrel. My pot roast was extremely tender and the sauce with it was the perfect thickness to pair with the Mashed Potatoes that comes with the meal. While the pricing is a little high, it was still reasonable with being a little less than $55 before tip. I really hope that this location keeps doing whatever they are because I can't wait to come back. Honestly I never really even liked Cracker Barrel before this visit. It was definitely nice to see how much it improved.
