Court Street Livery

My husband and I had a vowel renewal/reception here and it couldn't have been more perfect! We enjoyed the open layout as it gave us plenty of options on how to set up food, eating, dancing and picture areas. The full kitchen was also a huge bonus and incredibly helpful. We had plenty of time to set up and tear down which was such an amazing courtesy of Doug, who was also a pleasure to work with. We thought the space was beautiful and matched our theme perfectly. The surrounding businesses were also a delight to experience. I've definitely recommended the space to several people and will continue to do so!

Made us want to have an event here! We were strolling by and the owner was there... invited us in to see, talked with us about the property and then the area in general... and the whole time I was thinking who might want to use this wonderful space! The chandelier is an absolute work of art. An old oil fueled light that has since been converted to electricity, is an absolute marvel. Thankfully it stayed out of reach or I would have been there for hours going over the workmanship and details. A catering kitchen, cute restrooms, exposed beams, and the option to open large sections of glassed roll up doors in good weather all contribute to a very nice space. If the weather isn't so nice? A modern ventilation system has got you covered... Now, about our daughter's up coming anniversary...

We used the Court Street Livery for our wedding and reception. The owner met with us and enthusiastically discussed the wedding plans and option for using the facility. He is knowledgeable about the area and very easy going. The venue looks great especially after dark. It combines the rustic look of a barn wedding with a modern kitchen and restrooms. Unlike most venues there are no requirements for catering or alcohol. It's perfect for a do it yourself wedding to safe some money. You also have the benefit of being around the corner of the town square and the Fitzpatrick Hotel.

We recently got married at the livery. Both ceremony and reception were inside. Minimal transition was needed for our party of 80, only 4 tables needed minimal movement after the ceremony. Photos ended up great. Catering was available through talk of the town, and chair/table rental was another local company only about 20min away. Over all a great experience and could not be happier!

A beautiful old building. A friend reserved this for a wedding reception, and it was large enough to accommodate at least 100 guests comfortably.
