Arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm, 30 min after check in and my room was not ready. I was told by the manager to wait in the lobby because rooms are not ready. We sat there for 30 min waiting on our room. We finally get checked in after the wait, went to the room and was shocked by the uncleanliness of the entire room. Floors were a mess, were not vacuumed or cleaned. Old food was on the floor from the previous guest. The sheets on the bed were dirty and stained with some red substance. The shower had hair all in it like it wasn’t touched at all. We immediately went back down stairs to the front desk to demand an explanation and room change. The manager told us to wait once again until he could figure something out. 10 min later, he gave us a different room(suite) but It was just as worst as the first room. Floors were dirty, hair in the shower, dirt and filth all over the shower walls. The shower curtain was hanging on by a thread with drywall holes in the walls. Refrigerator did not work, outlets did not work, shower head knob damaged. Window drapes were broken and could not be used. My wife went to the dollar store across the street and bought cleaner to clean the bathroom because it was so filthy. This was the worst stay in Aiken that I have ever had. I travel to Aiken frequently and always stay at holiday inn express but this time I was intrigued to stay at country inn suites because it is a Radisson hotel. I guess that does not matter anymore. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Please stay somewhere else if you want a clean environment.

This hotel was not what I expected. My daughter, granddaughter, and myself stayed here because of a softball tournament. We waited 30 minutes to check in because they had one person working when they knew that they were booked because of said tournament. We got to the room and it had a smell like it had not been cleaned. There were 2 people that worked for the hotel that were hiding in cubbies in the hallway and would relay by walkie talkie what people were doing in the hallways. That's a little strange when you have a hotel full of young girl softball players. People checking in were not given the room that they reserved and according to the front desk, all It was just one thing after another.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana hits you in the face as soon as you walk up the stairs. Every floor was like this. I had to sleep with my window open to even breathe. There was dried vomit on the floor between the beds in my room. A lighter in the floor. This hotel is obviously for drug addicts.

This place has become a horrible place to stay. Over the years it has gotten worse and worse and this past weekend i stayed there and I will never do it again, it has turned into a live in for people, smells like cat pee in the room and halls, room was dirty, no bed linen or shower curtain, breakfast was horrible not clean, parking lot parties with guest drinking and urinating in parking lot with front desk employees standing there. Will never recommend it to anyone
