Don't believe the hype. This place bills itself as a fine dining restaurant and certainly charges prices commensurate with that claim but we were completely underwhelmed with both the quality of the food and condition of the venue. All our food was bland, my filet mignon wasn't tender at all and tasted more like brisket than a premium steak. While the dining area was nice enough, the bathroom was pretty rundown, not a good look. If this is the best restaurant Augusta has to offer then we are in dire need of some fresh talent!

We haven't had the chance to visit this restaurant since it was the vineyard. It is beautiful inside, and the staff were very attentive and nice. From the warm towels to the palette cleansers I was truly impressed. We started with the lobster bisque. I was only a little disappointed that there were no lobster bits in it, but the flavor was fantastic! I picked the wild boar with risotto and carrots. I don't remember seeing wild mushrooms but it could have been in the risotto. The boar was super delicious though a touch dry. The risotto was perfect,the carrots could have been cooked a minute or two longer. The hubs picked the bison which was wonderful although the chimichurri was a bit spicy. Everyone has their level of tolerance. Unfortunately mine is low lol. For dessert I was looking forward to the ube creme brulee. The creme was wonderful and I'd try again but the sugar was soft and gooey. My hubby ordered the chocolate pave. It was like eating a soft chocolate bar, a really great one! I'm glad he was able to part with a bite. Overall I believe I would come back again but I would take home leftovers!!! I am curious about Inicio which is their restaurant in the restaurant. Maybe we'll try that next!

Thank you Ana for a good first experience. Showed up on a Friday with no reservation for two. Took the patio seat due to availability. Our server didn't make it out to us and we were getting frustrated and were considering eating next door. Ana stepped in and served us for the rest of the night. She was knowledgeable, professional, and the main reason we would return. The food was amazing, and we highly recommend the venison. Thank you for my wife's birthday surprise;), we know how you helped us. Would come back, and highly recommend making reservations in advance!

I brought hubby here for Father’s Day and I enjoyed the setting, didn’t have a long wait. The waitress was very pleasant.
