Connells Heating and Air

Matt was great in servicing the AC. Explained what the issue was and resolved it quickly. This is our 3rd time using Connells and and it’s been great every time! Thank you Matt!

Very disappointed in the way we were treated by the office when we were a little late in paying our invoice. It was completely uncalled for. The rude messages we received from the secretary was unlike anything we have ever experienced. If you are looking for a business that respects the customer then keep looking because this business is not it. Clarification: The service was provided on 12/17/24 by your business. We were contacted by Angela with rude messages regarding payment on 12/20/24. We paid the invoice a few days later as we were traveling. Then on 1/2/25 the unit that we paid the service for stopped working again and I had to call you back. I called your company this past week regarding a question I had. Angela hung up on me and then I called back and she didn’t answer. I left a voicemail but never heard back. I also sent an email and have NOT received a response. If that is not unprofessional behavior then I don’t know what is!!

I will definitely reuse Connell’s Heating and Air. Quick response, very nice and courteous. My technician was Matt and he explained everything thoroughly. I was up and runnng within 30 minutes. I feel it cooling down already. 🙌🏾🙌🏾 Thanks again Connell’s Heating and Air.
