Great experience from beginning to end! Cat and Guido were fantastic in assisting me with pricing my home to get the maximum rental price possible and then finding a great renter and taking care of all the paperwork. I give Concierge Property Management my highest recommendation!

We began using Concierge Property Management Group to manage our investment properties in Aiken March 1, 2021, and with two subsequent investments in April 2021 and July 2024. Concierge Property Management Group was recommended by friends who live in Aiken who used them as their property managers. Concierge thoroughly screens tenants as we have not had any late payments and only one turnover in our properties in 3 ½ years. The Concierge staff led by Cat Deegan, Guido Nordmann (Operations Manager), Tracy (handyman), and Rich, (inspector and handyman), provide all the services necessary to ensure our investments are well taken care with quarterly property inspections, timely and cost-effective preventative maintenance/repairs, detailed financial reporting and timely monthly distributions. Management responds in a timely manner or one can go to the portal for immediate answers.

You're in good hands with Concierge Property Management Group, LLC. Cat helped me during the move in process and was so accommodating and understanding. Guido is also TOP NOTCH in customer service. He's always pleasant to speak with and so helpful in all regards. If I ever had an issue, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The quarterly handy-man was a great service provided by Concierge. On a quarterly basis, a gentleman would visit and take care of anything that needed addressing - air filter changes, squeaky doors, etc. Everyone I worked with at Concierge was great.

I'v had the opportunity to work with Concierge Property Management Group, LLC for the past 3 years as both a tenant (my Mother is in one of their rental properties) and also as a property owner where they manage one of my rentals. They are very timely, responsive, and professional. In addition, their turnaround time is exceptional as relates to responding to requests/repairs and other transactions needed. I highly recommend Concierge for both renting one of their properties and for them serving as the property management firm for your properties!
